Virtual Works Total Office Management Solution:


  • Every 3 weeks, the client sends all his mail, correspondence, and financial records to Virtual Works by courier.
  • All mail is opened, sorted, recorded in an Accounts Payable excel spreadsheet and files.
  • Client receives an email containing reminders of what supplier or utility company is owed, how much and when payment is required.
  • These reminders are automatically entered into client’s MS Outlook software, helping him remember when to pay.
  • Financial records are entered in accounting program.
  • Updated accounting file is sent to accountant via email for federal, provincial and income tax purposes.
Reliable Daily or Weekly Support

Client: Dance Studio owners who operate a curriculum-based dance school, sell dance-related products, and present performances.

Key Need: Weekly bookkeeping and basic administration including filing, organization, and class attendance list management.

  • The Clients send invoices, receipts, registration forms to Virtual Works by fax or email.
  • An excel spreadsheet is updated for logistical use for class lists, cancellations, student information.
  • Information is filed and provided to client on an agreed upon basis for the Clients' archive.
As-Needed Support

Client: Health researcher.

Key Need: Formatting help with their research papers and presentations.

Virtual Works Total Office Management Solution:
  • The client e-mails or FTPs their document to Virtual Works.
  • We format it using their stylistic conventions, clean it up and proofread, fix problems with footnotes and endnotes, and email or FTP the document back to them.
  • For slide presentations, we take their content and place in a logical flow throughout the presentation, add formatting, pictures and animation.
